I'm thinking that sounds strange, but makes a lot of sense. People do act often without thinking because it's often a response to an emotion.

I'm thinking of how to apply the six concepts above to Freud's stages of psychological development - id, ego, and superego. So far I seem to relate items 2, 3, and 5 with the id, items 1, and 6, with the ego and only 4 with the superego.



Number 1 is a little confusing because I see two things going on there - curiosity and demagoguery (if that's a word?) - the persuit of truth vs. the assertion of truth.
