I'm thinking that I really hate this soar throat I got, and yesterday I couldn't think at all >.<;; (I had a rather high fever >///<;;; )

I'm thinking that Batou-chi makes a lot of sense. I'm also thinking that my neck's really stiff from the headache I got, and that I still have a sore throat.

Personally, I drank a lot of fluids(water, juice, mint tea...), fruit, chicken broth, etc. I also had some Tylenol, then I slept for a long time. I didn't actually check my tempurature because I couldn't find the thermometer... >.<;;;

NeilMed huh? If my throat's still sore tomorrow, then I'll go ask someone to get it for me. For now, it's Fisherman's friends, water, and cooked turnips(my grandmother says it helps ).

Exercise....I don't even exercise that regularly on a day-to-day basis, and I live in a sub-urban neighborhood where there are sometimes drunk teenagers and crack-addicts(uh oh o.o; ) so I don't usually go outside that much, though what you say makes a lot of sense.

And it's not like you're not pretending to be knowledgeable, you've learned all these things, right? I admire your intelligence.

But yeah, you know what I'm thinking? I'm thinking that, eventually, when people get sick, they can just eat the right food; and be cured like that. We'll have enough medical knowledge to eat the right amount of food and what kind. I mean, I tend to really hate resorting to drugs(though I end up using them anyway), even if they are from the pharmacy.

I'm thinking of certain simple Japanese sentences that I just can't seem to put together but have an idea on what I'm trying to say.

I thinking of these sentences: "What do you mean by that?", "We wait here", and "Wait here for what?".

Those are strange sentence that you probably won't need too often. *sweatdrops*

So anyway,

I can't get the first. The second's "koko de machimasu" and the third I can't get either. You could always just say "doushite"...

What I was trying to go for was: "What do you mean?"

And that's exactly how I tried going about expressing it in Japanese. I still can't do it, unless "nan no imi desu ka?" (what is your/the meaning?) is appropriate, and I don't think it's good to use it, so don't. Just watch more anime and look out for the phrase. XD

I'll admit my Japanese skills are pretty basic at best, but for "what do you mean by that," "omae no imi wa nan desu ka" sounds about right, though possibly quite rude.

It would be pretty impolite because of the "omae" pronoun...otherwise, both your sentence and mine would probably be too blunt for the Japanese.

Latin's kinda hard, but anyone can do it with the right tools. Probably you'll be learning Latin in the ancient context, as I did. Wheelock's Latin text, based on the ancient authors, is a really good one for beginners.

I need to relearn Latin - and even then, I want to use my Latin knowledge to indulge in religious texts; ancient Latin literature is not really my cup of tea.
