Me n' Kii-moto just finished watching the first disk of the Rayearth anime! Yipeeeee!!! ^^v It was perdy cool. Better than I thought it'd be. The animation is cute, and they did a good job picking out the voices.

We watched it in both the English and Japanese versions (I like the Japanese version better, except for Zagato's voice, which I think was too deep in the Japanese version).

There's alot of stuff in there that wasn't in the anime, but most of it is cool (like how they made the Forest of Silence bit way longer, and added that new dude with Zagato), but the only thing I didn't like is how they made Zagato seem so evil--'cuz he really wasn't, and he was just trying to help! *cry* Poor Zagato *pat, pat* And he even turned Clef-san into stone!!! Poor Clef-san *pat, pat*

*sighs*. Managed to find a smaller picture of it. So...I did a bit of a slight re-size of my siggy.

Oof. I didn't think you'd made it that small. Unfortunately, pictures normally need to be at a good size, not too big and not too small. Making it too big causes pixels to be visible, and making it too small makes it both too hard to see (such is the case here) and somewhat blurry.

Ah well, whatever floats your boat is good. XD

The Japanese title is Kiniro no Corda. The Italian name for it is La Corda D'Oro. Translation: The Golden String.

Now, yes, I like the signature image, but I do have some grievances (?) about it, the first regarding the avatar image. That...that "Lili" is weird. That's...all I can say, I suppose. XD But the more serious, is the second, regarding the length of the lyrics. Posting lyrics is good and all, but if you look at it on a reasonable sized screen, it takes quite a bit to scroll through. For the sake of ease, perhaps you could choose a particular part that you like the most and use that instead of the whole thing? Just a suggestion, thank you.

Also, I recommend you don't include the parenthetical bamen, monogatari, and genzai, since they're not the sung lyrics. Besides, they give the same feeling, since monogatari is a story, genzai is the present (ima = now), and thus bamen could be taken as "scene." The parentheticals serve as English furigana, you might say...

I like yours too, but I thought that the siggy was from an anime instead of a video game. ;; A very nice character design, I like games with an anime-like appearance to the characters.

.hack//G.U. is the sequel to the anime .hack//ROOTS, which occurred some years after the events from the previous 4 .hack games (INFECTION-QUARANTINE).

Another game that has that anime look to it is a game series known as Atelier Iris, made by a Japanese game company called GUST.

I have the 3rd game, which...in my opinion...starts off the series, and technically...it seems out of order. The first is Eternal Mana, the second, Azoth of Destiny, and the third is Grand Phantasm.

I've reverted my signature back to my previous set to hopefully accomodate the text again.

I'd love to put Ciel in my signature/avatar set, but it's not going to work because she doesn't have the best lines, and at the moment I won't part with the text I just discovered from Shingetsutan Tsukihime. Maybe I should just install Tsukihime again and do Ciel's story and maybe I'll find some nice line...

EDIT: So, this time we have Shiki Ryougi as the subject of my signature/avatar set. The huge text is the prologue to Episode 4 of the novel Kara no Kyoukai. It's...big, I know, so I'll try to find a smaller text that I like. Unlike with other things, I can't cut this passage in some way. All the words need to be there for the complete thought to exist.

Something a little bit more serious for me this time.

Hmm, I've never used Hikaru from Angelic Layer, but it's an interesting idea and she's still a Hikaru.

I think that I've used a lot of those already Batou-kun, I have something like 50 odd Hikaru avatars, so coming up with something new gets tougher as time goes on. I'll compare those to ones I have already and I might be able to use one. Thankies for digging them up for me . The avatar that I have now can't go up any higher on Hikaru's head because the original image ends right where I cropped it at. I could make it more squarish so that her face is centered better, but that would take away from the "portrait" layout style that I like very much. Don't worry I'll come up with something.

Okie dokies, I went and made a few more Hikaru avatars and I used one of Batou-kun's piccy's too. They're all different but I'm not really sure which one to pick.



Finding Angelic Layer Hikaru pictures wasn't easy and didn't really find anything I liked, so I might have to get the DVD's out and screencap a few of my own.
