yea i guess you cal clean it up and do whatever you like to it...

is there a special program you use to change images cause if i have it can probably do it myself instead of asking you to do it all the time.......

The program I use is Adobe Photoshop, but there are many image manipulation softwares out there. Windows comes with a very basic one - Paint, which doesn't have many features but I've seen some more complicated stuff done with Paint. If you search around a bit, you can probably find a free image software somewhere. ^_^
