Ooooh, I like the Umi-chan piccy, but the file size is really big.

do you want me to cut some off i have finally figured out photshop^_^

Use the "save for web" option and save in .jpg format. If you play with the quality settings, it shows you how big the file will be. Try to make it 50k or less. ^_^
