Naruto, huh? I was a huge Narutard till recently; it's gotten really boring now. I'm still rooting for pairings though. NARUSAKU FTW!!
Personally, I doubt America could beat Japan at the anime industry. I have the same opinion as Hikaru-san, and the fact that I love Japan doesn't help. Personally, I can't even believe that anime is selling better in the U.S. than in Japan (or more like I don't want to believe D: *shot*) If I moved to Japan, I wouldn't be considered as much of a geekfreak as I am now. (I would still be considered an otaku though ;P ) People I talk to are like, "Oh what's that, Naruto??" "...It's not Naruto, it's Gurren Lagann..."
