Pretty much nothing, but hey. It's called blue, and if yoou use it you'll see why. It's a change from the default, at least  All I did was turn everything blue and change c\some font colours, but I'm working on learning how to make a proper theme for IPB ^^ Hopefully I'll have a fully random theme up to be used in a couple weeks.

PS: Ignore the test theme, that's just one I use when I'm messing with things. It's exactly the same as blue now, but I'll work with it to make others later. Probably do a pink one for MJ in a few days...
