Yes, apparently a happy ending after all of that. ^_^ I know that Galaxia has a lot going for her so it would be great to be able to keep up with how she is doing ... to see how far she eventually goes, but I don't know if we'll hear from her directly anymore.

Not terribly surprised to hear that. Probably lots of unpleasant memories lurking aroud these places. Speaking of unpleasant memories (ha): All the ezboard forums I used to visit are either totally gone or ghost towns. That whole scene just went right down the ole sh**er.

Eh-heh, well you've been gone for ages MR, so you missed the dreaded Ez-pocalypse of 2005 and the fiasco that followed it. To say that Ezboard as a whole went down the proverbial shitter, is spot on ...

Tell me of this ezpocalypse of which you speak. Did they begin to demand blood sacrafices? What did you people do to anger the Elder Gods of ez-dom?

Eh-heh ... there was no demand for blood sacrifices ... blood was just taken unwillingly. Metaphors aside, for reasons that were never fully explained, on May 31, 2005 the entire Ezboard system experienced a massive data loss. Lots of boards (including Neelick's Tenchi forum) lost 100% of their post data. In the weeks that followed Ezboard feebly attempted to restore data from "backups" which did not work. It was obvious that Ezboard did not regularly make non-volitile backups and even forums that did get data restored, did not get any data newer than a year old or more. Huge numbers of Ezboard users and admins were furious after paying expensive Ezboard "gold" fees for years and then being subjected to collosal incompetance. However, to make matters worse Ezboard made no admissions of incompetance and did their best to try and cover it up which resulted in only further incitement of their (former) customers. If you're really interested in this event and what has come out of it, there is an Ezboard watchdog group here -

Great googly-moogly! All that talk about outtages & hacking servers made my poor brain hurt. That's just crazy. No wonder the place is a ghost town.
PS) Your story was very reminiscent of when Skynet became self-aware. You know what I'm talkin' bout...

I heard somewhere that he's not very good at skiing and broke something ... O.o;;
Hmm, I wonder how many lawyers typically follow celebrities like him down a ski slope?
