Well, at AB'04 we got called back stage because we won an award during the Masq. And we were standing in a big circle with all the other winners, just mingling and wondering what we won... And that's when I met Rob-kun...
And we had only talked online since then, but we became really close friends and is one of my best guy friends still. But my former best freind Rachael told me that she was in the area and was gonna stop by work and say hi, and I said ok and when she walked into the store I wasn't that surprised. Then the phone rang, I looked down at the computer screen and went to helping the customer, and while I was looking down the door opened again, and when I looked up to see who it was mid-sentence, it was Rob!!! And just as I looked up, Rach snapped that first picture... I died... I was so shocked...
And then the second picture was taken after I hung up and came around to give Rob a hug... and I have a pic of the two of us hugging, but it's too big to post and I would resize it, but it got damaged during the transfer and I can't open it on Adobe...

It's good to hear that you're feeling better today. Sometimes too much crap can fly in our direction all at once and it's just not possible to avoid all of it unfortunately. >.< One of the reasons that I like games like FFXI is that I can take out my stress and frustrations on gobs and orcs in the game instead of the real people around me.

Yeah it does. >.< Smoking is one of the most evil things ever! Here in the US, smoking is banned in almost all public places (stores, malls, restaurants, you name it) so I enjoy a great deal of time away from it. However, whenever I go to visit the in-laws, it's something I dread because they all smoke. Since I'm in a smoke free environment almost all of the time, the effect that it has on me is many times worse. >.< The smell gets in everything, makes my throat hurt and sometimes even gives me the sickies afterwards. Not to mention the cost and the health problems it can cause. >.< If you were to come and live over here with me for a few months Simmies and then go back home to the smoke, you'd see what I mean and probably strangle both of them. :P

My parents don't smoke, so me okies, I just hate the people who walk along the street and breathe fumes in your face... Ugh! >_< I think the British Government should follow suit from the US government and ban smoking in public areas (I know they're in talks to do so....)

Maybe, though it might get in the way sometimes or you might feel a little silly if you were in the wrong frame of mind ^_^;; At least with ties we can wear our jumpers and then either have our tie low under the jumper neck (i.e. not visible) or just not wear it (similarly not visible...).

1) 'Tis not FAKE! Actually it is, you got me there. It's part of one of the Comedy of the Physical performances (the show that we took to America) and in that scene I was a father with a nervous twitch taking his hellish family to the zoo, all to the tune of baby elephant walk. I needed something to show I was male so we slapped on a bit of make-up. Which I then forgot to clean off when we popped down to the supermarket.
2) The guy is someone I met in San Francisco. Enough said.

Erm, it's hard to say if I liked any one of the places more than any other because all of them were fun and great to see. Windsor Castle was the most impressive of the places that I visited. The kiddies were rather impatient about touring through there, but if it were just me, I could have spent days studying all of the beautiful stuff that they have there. ^_^

Robin - Erm Neil you can't really dye your hair to silver from brown. You need to bleech it platinum blonde 1st so your natural hair colour doesn't over power it, but I think the purple looks better anyway cause (no offence intended) but you would look a bit of a pillock with silver hair :P
