yep, just got the photo software up and running today. thanks to a friend who found that awesome php, my new photo section is bigger and better than before. it's super cool, you can create a user name and such and post comments. I took photos of most of my anime cels and posted them on there, but I was too lazy to take them out of the sleeves, so I just ran auto-level on most of them to brighten them up after using no flash. lol. you'll see some reflections on the framed ones, of course, but that was something I couldn't really get away from.

That's a great gallery setup, I like it a lot. ^_^ I'll have to find a site that has php scripts for things like that. The Escaflowne cels are really good, but I love the kitty pictures! Very pretty kitties! ^_^

I got the software from a friend, in fact, the one who is now my web host. lol. I'm sure you can get the same software, and it's super easy to use.

I need to add captions for all those photos. perhaps I'll take a break from office work later and work on some.

I found an image gallery script, but it gave me a hard time and didn't want to work. >.<

did you try the one I use? their site is here: http://coppermine.sourceforge.net/
if you decide to go with that one, I can help out with any questions and such, at least as far as using it. I would have to ask my friend who installed it if there were any issues getting it to work. I do think it requires a database, but perhaps you can link it to the database this forum uses. that's what we're going to do on OA.

also, I just added a new album this week. this time of year is the Flower and Garden Festival at EPCOT, so I took my camera a couple times and got plenty of good shots. if you like sunsets or flowers, you'll enjoy it. ^_^

It looks like a good program, but it's too late tonight for me try and install it now, so I'll give it a try tomorrow. It does use Mysql, like the forum does, but it would have to use a separate database. That's okay, I can alway make more. ^_^
