Hi there. I was around for a short time on the ezBoard, unfortunately right before grad school completely ate my life. I've now graduated and I'm working on getting back into the communities it made me lose track of.

I do tend to lurk more than post, but I'll try to contribute where I can.

Yeah, I heard about the ezPocalypse; that happened not long after I got insanely busy, IIRC, so I was reading occasionally but not having time to post. I'm enjoying going through the topics that are here, though.

I'm not the graphic design person. I'm a CS major, though I have done a number of AMVs (I'm actually working on a Rayearth one right now, but it'll be a while before it's done).

None that have been incredibly popular, but my personal favorites that I've done are Gods and Mortals (AMG), Gummi Tanuki (Pom Poko), Ad Caelum (Lots of series), Magical Barrage (Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha), and Designs by Daidouji (CCS).

Hello Lantis-san, welcome back! Yes, I do remember you from the old Ezboard so it's great to see that you've found your way back here again! *huggles* There's a little anime con that we have near where I live called Bakuretsu Con and I distinctly remember seeing your Designs by Daidouji AMV being played there. It was one of the cutest ones I thought! The video quality is great too - you do very nice work. If you actually attended Bakuretsu Con then we might have even bumped into each other and didn't know it. ;;

I've been at Baku for the last several years, since I live nearby, too. If you went to any of the panels this year and saw the guy with the video camera, that was me. I'm still working on getting all the stuff I shot up on the Tube.

Hmm, I seem to remember a lot of people there with video cams but I do seem to vaguely remember someone with a camera and tripod filming the panels. Some of the panels I went to were Tiffany Grant's panel and the anime "What's my line" type skit that they did (I don't remember what they called that). Maybe next year we could look for each other just to say "Hi". Out of all the AMV's they showed, your Designs by Daidouji and one other - Code Monkey (I thought that was hilarious) - stood out as being memorable and different from all the rest. After a while you can only see so many Naruto and Final Fantasy AMV's before they start to get repeatable. @_@
