RPG's if no one knows what they are you wright part of a made up story then other peple carry the story on so it will look some thing like this

PERSON 1:she walked down the dark street in the puring rain .........yada yada but just then...
PERSON 2: a man eating sofa jmped her ........yada yada sh hid and he sofa whent strate by here

so basicly your making up a very weard story

I'm guessing that it's like a "carry on the story" type of thread where anyone can pick up where the previous poster left off. The General Role Play section would be appropriate for the type of rp thread that you're describing.
