I need your opinion guys.

I'm planning to buy an mp3 player but I'm not really that decided on what to buy.
So far, I've been choosing between MPIO's FY600 and Creative Zen Nano Plus
No, I don't want an iPod.

My budget isn't that great either, around 115 to 150 USD. A 512Mb/1Gb is fine with me.

Another problem is the availability in my country. However, I'll just have to see what you guys have or what you recommend and what's available.

Please state the pros and cons, what's good about it, what's bad about it, what I should know, etc.
I could probably bump the budget up by .. umm... upto 180 USD.

The compy is my mp3 player, but advice on that isn't going to help much. My neighbor next door has an mp3 player though, so I'll ask her about it.
