I've installed six different custom layout skins for possible use as the default layout. A few of them are seasonal and wouldn't necessarily be used all year round. To see what they look like, go into your control panel and the layout skin selector is at the bottom left. Please give me some feedback on them, because left to my own devices I would probably choose something that no one would like. Also please make suggestions (more dark, more light, more red, blue, green etc.) if none of the ones that I've installed seems to be very good.

I'm between the autum and Goldwine skins, but if I had to say if something was defenitely lacking, it's your darkness factor. *shrug* but maybe that's just me being my usual moody self again.

No, that's good information for me. Like you say, people's moods can change so having a better variety of layouts would allow everyone to choose what they feel like. I may just use the Christmas one as a default right now because it happens to be the season, but I still need to make banner images for all of them.

The Golden Wine layout caught my eye at first too, so I'm going to leave it as the forum default. Each member can set which layout that they would prefer to use. I've also added three darker colored layouts to the list - Darkness, Red Steel, and Sub Black. Red Steel seems hard to read for me, but the others look pretty good.

I like GoldenWine. No, not because it contains the word wine.
