*It is a beautiful spring day in Tokyo, warm and sunny, but not hot like the summer. The cherry trees along the street outside of the Shiidou Dojo are in full bloom. The gate to the Dojo opens and Hikaru steps out onto the sidewalk.*



Hikari: "wruff, wruff!"



Oh, I'm sorry Hikari, you can't come with me today. I'm going to meet my friends Umi-chan and Fuu-chan at the Tokyo Tower. Someday I promise to bring them here to meet you, okay?



Hikari: *small wimper*



Aww, don't be sad, I'll be back later today.



*She rubs Hikari on his head behind the ears.*



I'm sure my brothers will play with you today Hikari, but I have to go now, or I will miss the train. Ja ne Hikari! ^_^



*Hikaru closes the gate and then heads off to the train station.*

--Fuu



The gates squeaked in protest as Fuu shut them on her way to meet her friends. The sun was shinging brightly, emphasizing her smile and placing nature's glitter in her blond hair. Fuu sighed as the gentle breeze played with her hair. Today was the long awaited day. They would finally meet again at Tokyo Tower. She smiled to herself as she turned to walk away...



"Fuu!"



Fuu whirled around and spotted her sister.



"Kuu-san? What are you doing here?"



Fuu waited patiently for her sister to catch her breath.



"Fuu, are you headed toward Tokyo Tower?"



"Hai, Kuu-san."



Kuu clasped her hands together and squealed, but before she could lift a finger to give Fuu some suggestions, Fuu smiled and replied, "Yes, those treats, I promise."



Kuu suddenly embraced her younger sister, thanked her, and ran off again, leaving behind a bewildered Fuu.



'I suppose she is happy that I promised to bring her sweets,' Fuu thought to herself.



With one quick glance at her watch, Fuu headed for her destination.

Umi----



Umi closed the gates behind her and started to walk down the street to the Subway. When she got into the heart of Tokyo she got out and headed towards the tower. She then went up to the highest floor and waited for Fuu-Cahn and Hikaru-Chan.

*Hikaru rides quietly on the train for a little while, observing the peaceful cityscape outside the windows. Eventually the train reaches a familiar place - the station near the Tokyo Tower. The train slows with a screeching noise and comes to a stop at the platform. The doors open and Hikaru stands up and exits the train.*



*Hikaru thinks to herself* This couldn't have been a more perfect day. ^_^



*She walks up to the base of the tower and looks up at the almost mythical structure.*



This will always be such a special place for me, the place where I met my best friends for the first time. I'd better get going, I don't want them to be waiting for me.*



*Hikaru goes inside and then gets in line for the elevator. The line isn't very long today, so she only has to wait around for a few minutes. Soon Hikaru boards the elevator with the others around her and begins to ascend to the observation deck. A few moments later the elevator arrives at its stop and everyone exits out into the deck. Hikaru starts to look around.*



Hmm, I don't see Umi-chan or Fuu-chan anywheres, I wonder if they're here yet? But there are a lot of people here too, and I can't see over them. Hopefully they will be able to find me in this crowd. ^_^;;

Umi looked around she hten spotted the short red head

Hikaru-Chan!"Umi yelled"How are you today?"Umi asked. she then kept smiling at Hikaru and said"Where's Fuu?"Umi asked concerned.

*They both hug each other affectionately for a moment, then Hikaru answers.*



I'm doing very well today, the weather is just perfect for a little day outing like this. Hikari was a little sad to see me go, but he'll be alright. But I haven't seen Fuu-chan anywheres either Umi-chan, and it's not like her to be late. Maybe we should look around here some more. There's an awful lot of people, so it's possible that we just haven't seen her yet. Well, more possible for me anyways ^_^;;

Erm, that sounds like a good idea. If we split up we'll find her twice as fast! ^_^ But, let's meet back here in this same spot in about fifteen minutes, okay? I don't want to lose you too Umi-chan. ^_^;;



*Hikaru and Umi go off in different directions to search the observation deck for Fuu.*

"Ok"Umi said as she walked to the right looking at all the blonde headed people.She didn't spot her so she went to the back of the room to look there.

*Hikaru meanders around amongst the crowd for a while trying to find Fuu-chan.*



Hikaru -



*thinks to herself* "Where could she be? But there are so many people here that I can't really see anyone anyways. Umi-chan will have better luck I think."



*Hikaru accidentally bumps into one of the tower's security guards.*



"Erm, gomenasai. I wasn't watching where I was going."



Guard - "Are you lost little girl? Where are your parents?"



"Eh-heh" ^_^;; "My parents are at home, I came here alone to meet some friends."



Guard: "Alone? Aren't you a little too young to be coming to a place like this by yourself?"



"Hmm, not really, I'm fourteen. Is that too young?"



Guard - "Fourteen?" O.o; "Really? You look more like a nine or ten year old."



"Eh-heh" ^_^;; "Eh-heh, a lot of people think that, but I really am fourteen. My name is Hikaru."



Guard - "Gomen, Hikaru-san." *bows slightly*



"I've been looking all over the place for my friend Fuu Houonji, but I can't find her anywheres. And my being short doesn't help. Maybe you have seen her?"



Guard - "What does she look like?"



"She is taller than me. She has green eyes and blonde colored hair. She also wears a green school fuku and large round glasses."



Guard - "Yes, I remember seeing a young lady that looked like that over near the souvenir stands, but it was a while ago."



"Ah, okay. I'll look over there. Arigatougozaimasu." *bows*



*Hikaru turns and then wanders away through the crowd towards the souvenir stands.*

Umi watched Hikaru talk to the gaurd. Umi watched as Hikaru walked over to the souviner stand Umi then walked over to her.



"What did the guard say/"umi asked

Hikaru -



"Erm, he didn't say very much, but he did say that he saw Fuu-chan. Well someone that looks likes Fuu near these souvenir stands. But I don't see her here now." *sighs*

--Fuu



Fuu carefully packed Kuu's treats in her purse. The line at the souvenir stand was much too long. Fuu shrugged.



'It must be the tourists,' she thought as she glanced at her watch and took off sprinting when she realized how late she was.



Fuu saw a long red braid and a tall blue-haired girl in the crowd and smiled. Perhaps she wasn't going to take too long. Fuu headed toward them when she spotted a flash of green, whizzing past her. Was her eyes playing tricks on her or was it...Ferio? As Fuu turned to look back, other students who were jostling through the crowd forced her to face forward to prevent herself from falling. Luckily a security guard managed to pull her out of the crowd and off to the side.



"Arigato-gozaimasu," Fuu bowed.



The guard smiled at her.



"No problem. I think your friends were looking for you," he gestured to Hikaru and Umi.



"Hai, they were."



Fuu thanked him again and ran to greet her friends.

Hikaru -



"Maybe something came up at the last minute and she couldn't make it ..."



*Hikaru stops speaking because of the gentle touch of a hand on her shoulder. She turns around to see a familiar face behind her.*



"Fuu-chan!!" ^_^



*Hikaru embraces Fuu in an affectionate hug.*

--Zazu



I had just beamed down from the NSX Ship to Earth. It must have been a weird experience for humans... seeing a boy come through the ceiling in a beam on light.



A random woman looked at me as my feet touched the floor. "What the heck?" she mumbled to herself. I then began to do a small laugh. "What's wrong? Never seen a guy come through the ceiling?" The women gave me a look of suspicion.



"Well.. if humans can clone," I began," Then you'd better believe that they can make a new elevator that transports people through walls." I let out a smirk. The women began to walk away eyeing me. "heh heh... I can't believe she actually fell for it."



I began to walk around the tower.. but there was a slight problem.. I had no clue where I was. The room was crowded and noisy... when a man wearing blue clothing (guard Hikaru talked too earlier) came up to me.



"Excuse me... young man" he began. "I've received complaints that you?re disturbing people. Something about coming though walls. Are you up to something??



I looked at the guard in confusion and then began to walk away. He then began to chase me. I picked up my rate of walking when I bumped right into someone and knocked myself and them over. ?Ouch!? I said as I fell, but then got myself up. ?I?m sorry.. let me help you up? I extended my hand to the person. ?Hikaru-chan??



The guard then ran up to the group. ?You?re in trouble now mister. When a guard asks you a question? you give an answer? the guard said angrily. I gulped. ?Hikaru-chan? help??

Hikaru still sitting on floor -



"Uhh .. what happened??"



*She looks around a bit, then Umi and Fuu help her stand up. Then she sees Zazu-kun and the security guard with a firm grip on Zazu's arm.*



Hikaru -



O.O;;



Guard: "Are you alright Miss? Did this little troublemaker hurt you?"



"Uhh .... uhh ... I don't think so ..."



Guard: *to Zazu* "Lucky for you young fella. If you had injured her, I would have to arrest you and press charges, but instead you're just going to get escorted out of here."



*The Guard brusquely turns to take Zazu away, but ...*



"Wait! You don't have to do that, he's a friend of mine."



Umi, Fuu: O.O "Whaat??"



OOC: Remember that in MKR, Umi and Fuu never met Zazu face to face.



IC:



"Yes, I know him. His name is Zazu Torque and he looks a little funny because he just came here from an anime convention." ^_^;



Umi and Fuu - *Fall down* X_x



*A strange look comes over the guard's face, then he leads Zazu back to Hikaru.*



Guard: "Erm, well wherever he came from, he's still creating a disturbance and needs to leave."



*Hikaru motions for the guard to bend lower, then she whispers a few phrases in his ear. The guard stands upright and then lets go of Zazu.*



Guard: "Alright. I'll let it go this time." *turns to Zazu* "From now on keep your antics confined to the cosplay contest, okay?"



*Zazu nods to the guard, then the guard turns and goes back to his duties. Hikaru turns to Zazu*



*sigh* "What are you doing here Zazu-kun?"

Umi got off the ground at looked at Hikaru Like she was crazy O.o "Who is this???"Umi asked brushing herself off from the fall."And why have we never heard of him?'Umi asked raisingher eyebrow

Hikaru -



^_^;; "Eh-heh .. that's right. You guys never got to meet Zazu, did you?" ^_^;; "I met him during the time when Eagle captured me and took me to the ship from Autozam. That's where Zazu is from - Autozam."



*Umi stares at Hikaru in disbelief*



"But for the life of me, I can't figure out why he would come here to Tokyo."

Zazu --



I sighed. "I traveled all this way and you don't even look happy to see me," I said jokingly. "But to answer your question... I came here because..."

Hikaru looked interested to hear the answer. " I came here because... because" "Because what?" Hikaru said growing impatient. " Because I needed a vacation away from Autozam ^_^;;;;"

Hikaru - -__-;; *anime fall* "You're kidding, right?"

Zazu - "Earth seemed like an interesting place to stay for a while. I heard you guys have a lot of alcohol here? so it only seems natural to see for myself. Plus.. my favouirte girl is here? I said and put my hand around Hikaru-chans shoulder.?

*As Zazu gets close to Hikaru she notices the smell of alcohol on him. She calmly puts his arm back down to his side where it belongs.*



Hikaru -



*nervously* "Eh-heh .. I've noticed that you've found the alcohol part already Zazu-kun. That must be why you were behaving like you were before." ^_^;; "Erm, drinking alcohol makes people act funny and I really don't like it myself. It can be .. uhh .. erm .. embarassing .." *scratches back of neck* ^_^;;

--Fuu



I smiled as Hikaru nervously tried to stop Zazu-kun's attempts to reach her height. Suddenly, a thought came to me. 'If Zazu-kun could come from Autozam, was that green-haired man...could he possibly be...Ferio?'



I shook my head. That wasn't possible. He was much too busy as a prince to be running around in different worlds, wasn't he? And besides, there's no reason for him to come here, was there?



I looked at Umi-san only to realize that she was staring in shock at something else. Slowly, but surely, I turned my gaze away from Hikaru-san and Zazu-kun to find...

*Hikaru notices that Fuu is staring away at something*



Hikaru -



Erm, Fuu-chan, what's the matter? What are you looking at?



*Hikaru starts to walk over towards Fuu, but Zazu will have none of that. Zazu runs and tackle glomps Hikaru, smothering her on the floor.*



Umi, Fuu: O.O



Hikaru -



>.< "Oww ..."



*thinks to herself* "Oh no, not again ..." -_-



"Cut it out Zazu-kun, that hurt .. a lot .."



*Hikaru rubs her head, and small teardrops form in the corners of her eyes.*

Zazu



*Takes a step back from Hikaru-chan*

"ummah, sorry about that" *sweatdrop* "I didn't mean to hurt you or anything. It's just -- "

I looked at Hikaru-chan who was now crying. I slaped my head.

"I'm making you cry?? I'm really sorry!" I said as I handed her a handkerchief. "I promise I won't do that again!" I said as I gave her a hug. "Are you angry with me?" I said, rather upset.

*Hikaru sniffs a little then composes herself. Umi and Fuu help her to stand up.*



Hikaru -



"Erm it's okay Zazu-kun, I know that you didn't try to hurt me on purpose. It's what I was trying to tell you about drinking alcohol - it makes people do dumb things."



*Zazu looks down at the floor dejectedly.*



"Don't worry, I'll be okay. After all of the monsters we fought in Cephiro, it will take a lot more than that to put me out." ^_^ "By the way, you haven't been properly introduced to my friends."



*Hikaru motions towards Umi and Fuu.*



"Zazu Torque, this is Umi Ryuuzaki and Fuu Houonji. They are also Magic Knights like me." ^_^

Zazu ---



I stared at Umi and Fuu as they had no reaction to me. I then ran up to Umi and shook her hand for a really long time.



"Hi, I'm Zazu," I grinned. "My three favourite things are alcohol, Hikaru-chan, and alcohol."



Hikaru-chan - *anime fall*



I laughed again. "It seems you didn't like that joke Hikaru-chan."

Princess Emeruade looks above at the Magic Knights.



"Please tell me I dident pick a bunch of normal kids..."

*Hikaru turns to Umi and Fuu. They look back at her with concerned looks on their faces.*



"You guys feel it too, don't you?"

"Hikaru-chan! Umi-chan! Fuu-chan! Hurry!"



Princess Emeruadae starts feeling weaker, and weaker, and eventually, falls unconcious.

*Hikaru suddenly realizes the presence that she has been feeling.*



Hikaru -



*gasps* "Princess Emeraude? She .. she's in trouble!"

"What?!"Umi-chan yelled out with her eyes buggin O.O

"I know. I'm just as surprised as you are Umi-chan, but Princess Emeraude is in trouble! I'm sure of it, we have to do something!"

Zazu ---

Hikaru-chan and Fuu were getting pretty worked up over some aura they were feeling. "What's the big deal?" I asked.

"Well like she just passed out fool"Umi said frowning at him.She then looked at Hikaru-Chan."When do we go?"Umi asked.

Hikaru -



"If Princess Emeraude is in danger, we must go at once and rescue her Umi-chan. But how do we get there - to Cephiro? If Princess Emeraude can't summon us, then how?" v.v



*Hikaru starts to become very nervous and worried.*

Zazu--



I leaned up against the wall of Tokyo Tower. "You mean to tell me that I just arrived here and you're leaving?" I sighed. "You know.. I could take you to Cephiro.. all I would need to do is beam you up onto the NSX."

"I'm sorry Zazu"Umi said apologetically."I don't think sometimes"Umi said looking down. T.T

*Hikaru's face lights up.*



Hikaru -



"Really? You would do that for us Zazu-kun? But wouldn't it take an awfully long time? Cephiro must be very far from here, and Princess Emeraude needs our help right away!"

"Yea I mean how are we going to get there on time to help save Princess Emeraude?"umi said really fast as if it was one big word."BAM" A chibi Umi angel with a mallet smashed Umi on the head and then quickly disapeered.

Hikaru -



O.o;;



"We're wasting time, we need to do something quickly! Please tell us how fast you can take us to Cephiro Zazu-kun."



*thinks for a moment.*



"It's also possible for us to bring ourselves there. We know that from our last visit there, but I can't remember how to do it!"



*Starts wringing hands.*

Zazu--



"Hikaru-chan, don't worry your pretty little head off. I've made some modifications to the NSX so It run's super fast. I can get you to Cephiro in a flash!" I gave her thumbs up. "Now.. I'll beam us up... but I can't do it with everyone watching."



Hikaru, Umi, Fuu and I ran to a dark corner of the the tower. "Okay, here we go." I said as I grabbed a remote from my pocket. I then pushed the red button and we disappeared from the tower and landed on the ship.

Umi landed on her butt."Ow"Umi-Chan said as she got off and rubbed her sore area."Well that was fun"Umi said sarcasticaly.

*Hikaru lands standing up, but quite disoriented. She staggers unsteadily.*



Hikaru -



@_@ "Woah ... what was ... that ??"



*She bumps into a wall, but grabs it and holds on.*



"Erm that's a little better. How long is the room supposed to spin like this Zazu-kun?"

"Huh, what are you talking about? The room isn't spinning, just your head," I said jokingly. "I guess you guys weren?t used to the teleporter. The first time I tried it, I barfed"

"But you didn't need to know that" I laughed. " In any case, where exactly do you want to be dropped off in Cephiro?"

O.O That was comforting Zazu"Umi said her eyes bugging again."I don't know where to go Hikaru?"Umi asked waiting for her to answer.

"Princess Emeraude! Princess Emeraude, we are coming, where are you? Please tell us!"

"Hikaru-chan, Im in Cepihro. Please...help me..."

When I lost hope, you were there to remind me, this is the start. Life is a road, we want to keep going, love is a river that has to keep flowing, life is a road now and forever, its a wonderful journey. I'll be there when the world stops turning, I'll be there when the storm is thru. In the end, I wanna keep standing at the beggining with you.

*Hikaru hears Princess Emeraude's reply.*



Hikaru - (calling out in her thoughts)



"Princess Emeraude! We're coming, we're on our way right now! Please tell me what the danger to Cephiro is, who is your adversary? Who will the Magic Knights have to fight when we get there? Please tell me if you know ..."
