I just finished watching the second season again. One thing that struck me this time around is the grand scale of the presentation. Most of the time I forget that I'm watching a TV show and instead I feel like I'm watching a feature film instead. The beautiful artwork, the powerful drama, the great musical score all combine to make everything about the second season seem larger than life. As many times as I've seen it already, I'll always love watching this show. ^_^

Yes Hikaru! I'm looking for the second season to buy somewhere, my friend has it, but only one episode, and her nephew broke it! X_X; Anyway, I started watching MKR and Rayearth OAVs like, 3 weeks ago, and BAAAM! I LOVE IT! But nothing, not any other anime, can replace my Favorite One....

Yukina gave her Ice Tear Gem to Hiei and asked him to give it to her brother when he'd meet him. It was such a lovely smile. That moment also meant a lot to Hiei, because after seeing that smile, Hiei became a sorta different person. He found inner peace that made him a person with no goal and no reason to fight anymore...Hiei had loved Yukina as his Sister.

Yup I recognize Hiei from YYH, I've seen all 112 episodes of the TV series, but not any of the OAV's. Hiei's the real cool cat, he never makes an ass of himself the way Kuwabara always does and even Yusuke does on occasion. I also like Hiei's fighting techniques the best too. ^_^

Ooh, I love season 2! So much drama, and the art got better too, which makes me happy. ^^ I've seen all 49 episodes, and the 3 episodes of the OVA. So cool! ^_^ My two favorite animes are Yu Yu Hakusho and Rayearth. I love them both in different ways, but I think I like MKR more. ^_~ From YYH, I'm becoming a bit of a Yuusuke fan. And of course, from MKR, I love Clef. ^_^ They're both played by Nozomu Sasaki-- my favorite singer! ^_^

The second season was very significant to me. I think it really was the elevator that escalated from level "Oh, this is a cool show" to "this is the best show ever. period.". Of course, I love both of the seasons equally; they were both very fun to watch. What I found was that the second season had more of a "darker" plot; and that kind of thing really sucks in a viewer.

Though, personally, Ferio's clothes in the second season really didn't suit him.
