Well your rule set is junk, to be blunt.

What happens when you set it up with 1 & 3 is people basically ignore it normally, and when conflict arises the snakes in the grass and slimeballs use it to cover their activities under the principle you're not allowed to accuse them of lying or otherwise. You'd have to go way, way, way beyond typical forum management for that to be really worthwhile.

#2 meanders to much.

#4 I've never seen a forum that doesn't have posts that can fall under that category, and I've seen such a rule abused before.

#5 You are in direct violation of as it is specified, as you're direct linking images. This needs to be clarified, a lot.

#7 See above, adding your own Sedition Act into this is not a good way to start off.

I would suggest you rebuild it along these lines:

1) It is inevitable that conflicts of opinion, personalities, and otherwise will arise in human interactions. Use of disparaging comments and insults is however largely unproductive in these, unless there is a very good reason for their use. As such those found to be recklessly using these things, or doing so simply with the intent of causing emotional distress, will be reviewed by board management, which reserves the rights to suspend and terminate accounts as appropriate.

2) L33t speak, text acronyms, pig latin, and other such permutations of the English language create a barrier to entry in regards to understanding what an individual is saying. Thus management requests that proper English, and grammar, be respected to the poster's ability in general. Serious offenders will be reviewed by board management.

3) Advertisement bots will be deleted. Posting ads like an advertisement bot, is a quick way to get your account suspended.

4) A certain amount of off-topic discussion will be tolerated, but board management reserves the rights to split and lock threads as well as bring under review members whose actions are gratuitous in terms of such activities.

5) Management requests that you break you any links you post via adding a extra period in front of three digit extension and a space between the slashes, like so:
http:/ /anything-goes-anime.proboards56..com/

This allows a user to copy the address and make the necessary modifications to access the linked site, without providing said site a direct link back to this board, which it can track back.

6) Illegal downloads, and similar will be deleted and members engaging in such reviewed by management. Repeat offenders will be terminated.

7) Do not link images off other web pages. Use image hosting sites like photobucket.

Note: You really should learn to appreciate the true and full meaning of the teachings usually remember as turn the other cheek in order to handle #1. Conflict happens, and the mark of good management is they handle it, instead of suppressing it and pretending it doesn't exist.
