I'm looking for good recipes preferably of asian origin. I'm hungry and sick of the recipes that lack authenticity.

Well, not really recipes per se, but I've got about 5 or so (probably more) different ways of makin' up Top Ramen.

Hmm, for Asian stuff, I'll usually have some kind of stir-fry over rice and use most often a Teriyaki or Thai sauce. Also like Batou sugessted, I like Teriyaki marinade with any kind of meat. It's especially good when barbecued.

How about any recipe that calls for cilantro. I'm addicted to that herb. I even grow a little bit of cilantro. For some reason though I can't bring myself to pick it. Don't want to hurt the poor little underwatered plant.

If you like baked beans, try Bush's sometime, they're loaded with cilantro and are pretty good IMO.
