in the manga books madison is called tomoyo li's called by his last name julien is yukito tori is toya rita is rika and whats your favourite clow card i like firery

I didn't know that they were still running the Cardcaptors version on TV still. It's a version that I've tried to avoid because Cardcaptors was so drastically edited from its original version, Cardcaptor Sakura. Less than 1/3 of the original series survived and was made into Cardcaptors. Almost all of the romantic dynamics between the characters were completely removed and the series was made to concentrate on the card capturing activities of Sakura and Syaoran rather than Sakura's personal life as it did originally. To me it will always be a great tragedy what they did to CCS, and hopefully you'll get to see the unedited subtitled version someday Yumi-san. I think that you would find it a lot better.

More recently I was watching the TV version of Tokyo Mew Mew, it was edited somewhat (mostly name changes) but they left the story pretty much intact and they didn't remove the parts of the story concerning the personal lives of the individual Mew Mew's. Even though as a dubbed anime it could have been better, it's good to see that shoujo anime is finally starting to earn a little respect in American TV after being treated so horribly as a genre in the past.

Oh, btw, my favorite cards are The Fly card and The Mirror card.

Subbed version of CCS is love <3 It was a cute series with cute characters :3 My favourite card was... ahhh, it's so difficult to remember them all. I can only remember a few off the top of my head... Silent was a nice card. Silence is good sometimes too sooo~ nyaa :3

Hi Yumi, my name is Tomoyo. i am 12 years old and i live in darwen. As all the reader of this may have reliezed. Yumi sounds reallly obsesive with the fact that Julien (Or Yuki) love Tori (Or Toya) in the manga.
I don't have much to say here cause this is my first time here. 8-)
Any way if anyone wants to know Cardcaptor is on Tv on ITV2 at 7.30 in the morning on weekdays not on weekends. This mornings was the firey card!!! I WANT TO WATCH THE LAST EVER EPISODE!! WHEN LI (or Syaoran) TELLS SAKURA THAT HE LOVES HER ....
I also want to watch the light and dark card because it sound really funny with Li being in a dress!! HAHAHAHAHAH. Also does any one know about the 2nd cardcaptor movie because i know everything about it!!!!! heres a spoiler, its when Sakura FINNALLY tells Syaoran that she loves him to (what took her so long)

Yupperz, I have the DVD and have watched it a number of times. It also came with a miniature (DVD case sized) pencil board that is very pretty too. ^_^ It's definitely worth watching just to finally hear Sakura say IT! XD The English version of the second movie is also the only dubbed version of CCS that's worthwhile watching IMO. The story isn't edited and the characters are more like their original selves. Sakura is cute again and so is Kero-chan (doesn't have the Bronx taxi driver voice. :P)

Are you from Australia Tomoyo-san? I've heard rumors that the Australian English version of CCS wasn't hacked up like the American version was. If so, I hope that they did right by it. You guys deserve to see a good version of CCS. ^_^

If youve seen the hope card as just a heart with wings then thats not the real hope, its really called the unnamed card till the end of the second movie.

Erm, I'm sorry about the confusion with Australia, I thought that I recognized the name of the town. ^_^;;

As far as I know there wasn't a Libra Card in CCS, or any of the other zodiac signs either. Cardcaptors hasn't been on TV here in America in a number of years, but I could check the satellite channels to see if any of them happens to be running it. I have fansubs of the original CCS and some of the subbed DVD's that I like to watch when I feel like seeing CCS every once in a while.

BTW, I like your SxS avatar Tomoyo-san, it's very pretty. ^_^

Have either of you read or seen any of Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles yet?

Hi Hikaru-san! Im glad you like the Picture of SXS. Actully i found out that the Libra card does excist but they haven't shown it cause theres only 70 episodes (includeing 1st season, 2nd season and 3rd season, when Eriol comes)
And no i haven't seen nor read Tsubasa Resivoir Chronicles, but ive heard of it somewhere.
I have loads of pics of Cardcaptors (Ive never watched Cardcaptor Sakura) but most of them are just of Li and Sakura and there really nice!
Hikaru-san, you know the picture of Rayearth youve put down in your messages, do you mind if i copy them into my anime folder? If you don't want me to i wont but you can have my Cardcaptor picture if you want, that why ive been putting them on any way

and i have no idea how it is different. Have you read the Cardcaptor Sakura: Master of the clow books????
I've read the first one cause Yumi-san lent it to me, which was nice of her (we go to the say school).
Also have you read: Case Closed, Fushigi yugi, Yugioh (I know you've read these Yumi-san:D ), Immortal rain, Rave Master and Dot Hack legend of the twilight? Those are good to.
As many may have guessed i am obsesed with the relationship between Li and Sakura 100%
That the best part of Cardcaptors, that why i have so many pictures of them. Haha
