Kobato, The newest series, I believe Options

I haven't read much of Kobato, I've only seen a bit of the character Ioryogi, a dog, being featured in Clamp no Kiseki. Here's a little info from the approved fanlisting:

Kobato is the newest series by Clamp, also known for Chobits, Cardcaptor Sakura, Tokyo Babylon, and Magic Knight Rayearth. So far, we have seen that it is about Kobato Hanato, a girl who has come with a mission - to fill up her special bottle with people's feelings of wounded hearts, and to erase their suffering. After settling in her new apartment, she sets forth to find people with no success. She then lands a job as an assistant for a kindergarten.

The manga first premiered in the January 2005 issue of Montly Sunday GENE-X, published by Shogakukan. The magazine is a shonen (boy) aimed towards teenagers. Unfortunately, CLAMP has put Kobato on a temporary hiatus. Hopefully, they will resume working on it soon!

Hmm, it almost looks like a spinoff from Chobits. It's probably very interesting, but CLAMP must have put it aside to work on TRC I'm guessing. If they start up with it again, I'd like to come back and take a look at this when they do.

I've read a bit of the manga - it's really cute, especially the main characters. Kobato is pretty clumsy and all but kind-hearted and Ioryogi is terribly fierce and impatient. XD It's so funny whenever he tells her off when she has her clumsy/innocent moments. And he calls her 'Dobato' (if I'm not wrong) meaning 'pigeon'. (Lol, because her name 'Kobato' means 'dove') Though Ioryogi is mean and all but he does care for Kobato.

Personally, though Ioryogi can get a bit nasty, but I find him a really interesting character, since there hasn't been any like him from the CLAMP world. I hope that CLAMP will pick this up soon because I want to see the story behind Kobato and Ioryogi's background.
