It was very awkward when some friends of mine and I were in the Union Room, and everyone just bust out laughing when they saw my character sprite...

She has (I have >>) brown hair, I believe, a microphone, a pink somewhat knee-length dress with some yellow on it.

According to a friend, it may be thanks to what kind of Pokemon you prefer to catch before a certain point in the game. And I, preferring "cute" Pokemon, ended up with this sprite. And I'd have it no less, really. It's nice that my friend is letting me keep this cartridge I borrowed from him as long as I buy him a new one.

Know that's pretty cool. ^^ Now that makes me think of what type of pokemon I had caught.

Hmmm...I wonder what kind of distance the wireless stuff goes. <.<

If we could find out each other's Friend Codes, then we shouldn't have a problem. Wireless should span the nation.

For example, I suspect that only a few people have Luminous Arc in the US right now. If I'm correct, the one I faced against a few weeks ago with all level 99 characters (I would totally expect this from him) should live in Minnesota. If not, and it was somewhere else, we know that Wi-Fi works.

Could be your access point is blocked from detection (like mine)...and I'm sorry, I meant Wi-Fi, not wireless, should span the nation.

It's not really "fixing" it, it's more like finding out your SSID and your WEP or WPA security code, depending on which you need. And you can't find the security code out from messing with your computer. In other words, you need the information from whoever set up the internet.

I still need to get a cable for my computer. I haven't really felt like playing Diamond though, so bah - not much of a point. Having a ton of friends obsess over it and want to just battle kind-of killed the fun in just taking time with it. I like to stroll through the storyline before I start going crazy over needing that perfect team, thanks... Wireless is cool, but it seems like technology is taking away more and need to actually travel places and/or even leave the house.

... er, yeah. Sorry for randomly interrupting. x.x

Don't need to apologize silly. Join the convo!
And oh...I'll look at the Nintendowifi website and figure it out.

That's all right. And I'm like that too, but I stopped trying to find the perfect team in Crystal...since then it's been a team of Pokemon I like. Win or lose, I have fun with the Pokemon I've chosen. Until, of course, I get beaten so badly a good team is somewhat necessary...oof. x.x

Wireless should have a communication radius of anywhere from 30 to 100 feet. I'm not too sure as to its exact range.

It's an ID that the DS registers, I suppose, when you connect to the Wi-Fi system. When you turn on the game, you can go to the Nintendo WFC Settings thing in the menu, then Options, then System Information. Your Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection ID is at the bottom.

I don't think this is the friend code unfortunately. v.v...and there's still the problem of you connecting. Try connecting sometime, and we'll see if we can work things out.

For now, I have to go. So good night to both of you and see you soon! ^^

Thank you. ^^

I do have one more message though. To find your friend code, go to your Pal Pad (which you hopefully should have gotten; if you have, it should be in your key items pouch). Use it and select [Your Name]'s CODE. Your friend code is there.

Mine is...1676 0387 4656. I am "Asta" if you add me. Case sensitive. Hopefully, this will come useful for you if you ever find out how to use the Wi-Fi thing. ><

Anyway, good night once again, and see you. ^^
