If you had to pick between every anime song you have ever listened to, what are your top 5 favouirte? (it's a hard decision, I know v.v) Mine are as followed ^^;

5. It's too Late - 2nd ending theme to Weiss Kreuz. -- There's just something about the song... it's so addictive! I listen to it 5 times a day!

4. Shinjitsu No Uta/Shi - 5th ending theme to InuYasha. -- Wonderful song! It sounds so mysterious. I just love it!

3. Gift - 2nd ending theme to CLAMP School/CLAMP Campus Detectives -- It's a really beautiful song! The lyrics and vocal's make you fuzzy inside ^^; hehe

2. WILL - Opening theme to Houshin Engi -- This song is so upbeat and addictive! I'll listen to the song and then listen to the accoustic version of it.

1. This was a hard decision for me... but I think the Forever Love is my favouirte anime song -'Forever Love' is the image song to the X movie -- What can I say about it? I absolutely love it! I love the tune, how it's so sad. I love the vocal's a lot. My favouirte for sure ^^;

So what about everyone else? ^^; yes yes, this is a semi-weird topic I know ^^; It's 2:20am.. what do you expect me to do? XD hehe

Hmm...i got lots! Order is mixed up sorry ^^;;;

3. Namo Shirenu Hana - by The Indigo / in Ai Yori Aoshi

This song is really beautiful. Listening to it makes you relaxed.

5. Raspberry Heaven - by Oranges & Lemons / in Azumanga Daioh

Nice song. (see comment bout Nao Shirenu Hana ^^;;)

4. Shizukana Yoru Ni - by Tanaka Rie / in Gundam SEED

(Same comments)

2. Kirei na Kanjou - by Akino Arai / in Noir

When you first hear this song, it might seem a bit slow. But once you listen to it, its really a nice song to listen to.

1. Snow Angel - by Kotoko / in O-negai Teacher

One of the best anime songs! I really love this song it has a great beat and nice lyrics! ^^

Raspberry Heaven, the end theme of Azumanga Daioh, is really soothing like you say Kyo-san. The tune is also really cute, I like it a lot too. ^_^

My favorites are

3. Hikari to Kage wo Dakishimeta Mama - Third MKR opening

2. Yuzurenai Negai - First MKR Opening

1. Love Song Ga Kikoeru - End theme of the movie Tenchi Muyo in Love 2.

Beyond the third there is a large number that I really can't put in any order. ^_^;;

Yes, MKR does have a lot of great music and I have three of the CD's. Most of the character seiyuu have at least one song in there that they do. ^_^

That is very pretty indeed! I also think that the CD cover (that you showed) is the box cover for the X movie on DVD. I own the VHS X movie, but the box is different. I really like Kamui and Fuuma back to back. It was drawn very pretty!

Of course Hikaru-chan! XD Even some of CLAMP's older artwork (ie: Tokyo Babylon ) Is till very beautiful! They improved a lot as the years went on, but they were still wonderful when they first began!

The artwork and characters designs for Rayearth are really pretty too, even though they made it about ten years ago - CLAMP's first major success. ^_^

On the topic of CLAMP success, what do you think is their most popular anime series to ever be distributed? My Tokyo Babylon DVD said X was... but I would think Cardcaptor Sakura due to the fact that it played on television in America.

But yes, MKR art is really beautiful. I always loved how they drew their eyes very big ^o^;

It's hard to say which is the most popular. CCS seems to have the biggest fan base. Chobits and X were really big at Otakon this year too. Rayearth has been around the longest, so over time it has probably produced the most revenue for CLAMP. It depends on what standard you use to define "success" I guess.

I was thinking more along the lines for DVD's/Manga and other merchandise sold in the way of success. Of course, anything brought to North America can easily be the winner's for merchandise. I sometimes think that's the only reason why they play anime on television v.v But then there are the anime that are taken and subbed/dubbed onto a VHS or DVD, which are sold in stores, and not played on television. Rayearth could possibly be one of CLAMP's biggest success', that's for sure. I heard a rumor that MKR was infact played on televsion quite a while ago (when anime was very un-popular in North Amercia) Do you know if this is true, Hikaru-chan?
