The Funniest Character Options

Even though Hikaru is my favorite character, I still think that Umi-chan is the funniest. When she first receives her magic power from Clef, in the manga, the first thing Umi wants to do with it is find a bunch of boys and turn them into toads.^^ And anytime she gets together with Mokona, the results are sure to be lots of fun and sillyness. They play off of each other very well and the role of the straight man will switch off, sometimes it's Umi, sometimes it's Mokona. CLAMP could have made a great comedy show just with these two characters.^^

Umi-chan is definitely comical =D I haven't read the manga of MKR, so I have never seen the toad comment made by Umi ^^ hehehe, and when I read your post about it, i was laughing!

I think one of the best moments she had with Mokona was when she was trying to hit him with a big mallet I kept rewinding that part =) hehe

((BTW, i agree with you on Hikaru! She is definitely my favourite Magic Knight)) But, this section isn't about Hikaru! Praise Umi-chan =D ((and Mokona =D))

Yes, the mallet scene is really funny!^^ There was another scene somewheres where Umi compares Mokona to a big marshmallow and wonders how good he(?) might taste. Then she gets this evil grin on her face and starts to chase Mokona around the room trying to catch her dinner. ^_^



There was another comment that Umi made about receiving the magic, similar to the toad thingy. It was like erm .. "Oh cool, we're witches now!"
