I just met this forum looking for some Rayearth?s avatars, but I actually found THE OTHER FORUM (...?...), so I was kind of alone there... he he he, Ms. Shidou-Sama told me it was here! Thank you!

Humm...it seems you tried putting a picture next to your name but the server its on won't allow you to do that. Try hosting your pictures at www.imageshack.us

If you would like an avatar ( pic below your screen name ) , you first upload the picture you want as your avatar to a place like www.photobucket.com or, like Docs-san said, www.imageshack.us . After you have done that:



1) Go to my control center

2) Click edit profile

3) Then you will see something that says My Photo... click off the private checkmark.

4) Take the URL of the picture and place it in the box

5) Add width=xxx height=xxx after the URL if you want to change the size of the image.



And then save your page... and you should have an avatar.



To get a signature at the bottom of each of your posts:



1) Go to my control center

2) Click account prefrences

3) Scroll down to where it says Use Custom Signature:

4) Click the checkmark

5) Add the coding to the box below

For example:



(center)(image noborder) www.imageURLgoeshere.com (/image)(/center)



NOTE: Replace all of the ( brackets with [ brackets.

Most of the free hosting companies won't allow you to hotlink images and will substitute an ugly banner ad like fortunecity did to you already Zagato-san. There are are few services that still allow it and we have some links to them here - p206.ezboard.com/fmagickn...D=61.topic A lot of people here use photobucket so it's probably a good choice. Also, if you just need hosting for a few images, I can do that for you if you would like. Just e-mail them to me at shiidouhikaru@henheart.com and I'll host them for you. ^_^ By the way, your english seems fine to me so you shouldn't have to worry about anything. ^_^

Yuzuki-chan is right. We did lose a lot of posts in that incident as did almost all of the forums on the Ezboard system. We weren't able to get any of them back due to Ezboard's own foolishness, and that is why I've set up the alternate forum that you found already Zagato-san. Speaking of which I need to get set up to do some practice runs for the forum conversion ...
