You just use ezcodes:



[img]url of image file[/img]



To modify the dimensions:



[img width=xxx height=yyy]url of image file[/img]



To make an image a link:



[link=url of link][img noborder]url of image file[/img][/link]



The noborder thing prevents the blue border around the image from showing up.
