I'm looking for good recipes preferably of asian origin. I'm hungry and sick of the recipes that lack authenticity.

Hmm, for Asian stuff, I'll usually have some kind of stir-fry over rice and use most often a Teriyaki or Thai sauce. Also like Batou sugessted, I like Teriyaki marinade with any kind of meat. It's especially good when barbecued.
 Nothing is written down of course, but I suppose that I could take notes for ya next time Kyuu-san.--------------------  |
