Yup, that's it! It's actually a pretty cool book series (There's nine books in all).
It's about these twin girls who have these psychic powers. Like, they can communicate telepathically, and, best of all, they can... teleport! Yipee! Teleportation only works when they're together, though. I won't tell you the whole story, otherwise it'd ruin it for ya if you're plannin' on reading it (or have you already read it?). Anyhoo, that's just one of the MAIN things about the story. It's WAY more complicated than just that, but, like I said, it's actually a pretty cool series!
