Hmm, well between the site being down/broke and my own busy schedule, it's been a few days since I've been able to spend any time here at the forum. Things went very well at work today except for one incident where one of the test techs came harrowingly close to seriously injuring himself working on a piece of equipment for me. He was okay though and I'm very thankful for that. This evening I went out to go shopping and bought some more manga books. I also looked at a some of the new things out for spring, but didn't buy anything ... not yet. Now I'm here chatting and visiting the forum.

Hmm, today wasn't a very interesting day at work. This morning it started off busy, but things slowed down a lot and the rest of the day was rather boring. I spent most of it collecting data sheets and didn't design anything. This evening I had only a short time to chat online, but I think that I was able to help a friend who is worried that his mom might be really sick. After dinner I went out to one of my church group meetings which went very well tonight too. So for now, seeya tomorrow!

Teeheehee, Shii-chan has been slacking off on this again ... so what else is new? Today is Sunday so as usual I went to mass as I do every week. For some reason they were short on people to take up the collection, so I got asked to help out this week. ;; This afternoon I watched a movie with the kiddies, and then my mom came over to visit us. She took my son to see the Chronicles of Narnia movie and I got to go outside and take a walk with my daughter and enjoy the nice weather today. This evening after dinner we watched another movie and then I played FFXI for a little while. There wasn't a lot of time for online visiting today, so here I am finally. Tomorrow is another Monday, so now it's time for nighty-night, seeya tomorrow!

Another Monday an it was back to workiess for Shii-chan! Actually, as Mondays go, it was rather pleasant. Things started out slowly and stayed kind of steady all day, so the day went by quickly, but I didn't come home stressed and ready to kill something. (Erm, one of the reasons that I like games like FFXI - stress relief XD) This evening I went out for a little while and bought a couple more manga books - TRC #8 and I found a copy of Miyuki-chan in Wonderland ... lol ... now I'm back to visit the forums.

Hmm, here I am back again, but this time it's now the end of the week. Today was a good day I thought even though most Fridays usually are. This morning it was very chilly outside while I waited for the bus with the kiddies, but the wait wasn't very long. Work was pretty steady too and kept me busy, but not too busy. ;; This evening I chatted online for a while and played FFXI too, so that's where I've been tonight. A few times I stopped by here to see what's been happening, but things are pretty slow. The Mokona's Playground games have slowed down a lot, but that's okay because I'll be able to pay attention to other parts of the forum.

Hmm, another Monday today and the start of another week. This morning it was quite chilly outside so it was good that I didn't have to wait long for the bus to come and get the kiddies. Work was a little nutty today but not terribly crazy and for sure things have been a lot worse. This evening I went out to the bookstore and found a few more manga books to read so now I have about a half dozen new ones waiting for me. Now I'm finally getting a chance to come back here and visit, but there doesn't seem to be very much new stuff. v_v

Eh-heh, this has become a weekly thing of sorts, hasn't it? ;; That might be because there hasn't been a lot of excitement in my life recently, but that's a good thing in many ways. Work has been a little nutty, but I just take it as it comes and that has been working out pretty good. Sometime in the next week or two I'm going to be sent away on another trip, so I'll try to keep up to date on that. A few evenings this past week I've played FFXI and also I've started playing WoW again. This evening I was supposed to play again, but it won't let me log in right now. >_> Today has been a rather typical Sunday and the only thing that was unusual was that I finished reading one of the Harry Potter books today, The Chamber of Secrets. The only one left that I have to read is The Prisoner of Azkaban. Yes, ditzy Shii-chan started reading the series in the middle, read to the end, and then wrapped around to start at the beginning. XD

Erm, I seem to have forgotten about this again, so this is starting to look more like your average blog. Today the weather was really cold and windy outside. The sunshine was very nice looking, but also deceiving ... bbrrr ... >_< After work we went out and had pizza for dinner because the kiddies are staying at grandma's tonight. Today is also grandma's birthday, so as a birthday present she got to spend the day with the grandchildren. XD Otherwise things have been quite normal-ish recently and there really hasn't been a lot of excitement to talk about. Today I've been feeling a little better, but last weekend I was pretty sickiess and didn't feel like doing a whole lot, including online stuff. Hopefully tomoorow will be a little better too.

Erm, yeah it's been a while since anyone other than myself has posted in this. There used to be a lot more entries in here, but Ezboard wiped out more than 400 of them in the dreaded Ezpocalypse of 2005. The stuff that I lost from here is the one thing that I'll not forgive them for. >_<

Recently what's been happening with me is that I was really sickies last week and it was all that I could do to survive work each day. By the time that I got home, there wasn't anything left in me to go online, so I was absent from many places including this one last week. v_v Last weekend I finally started to feel a lot better, so now things seem more back to normal I guess. Hopefully it will stay that way for a little while. ^_^;;

I've been wondering why you've been on here alone......

I guess that proves that I really am nuts. :P More seriously, I just like to write things and it doesn't really matter what it's about. That's the way that I got the forum started and for a while it was a community of one, just me. It's been lonely at times, so I'm not too bothered that things get slow here sometimes, because I know that it could be worse. Sometimes it helps me to externalize my feelings by putting them into words. Somehow it's easier to confront something that I can see, so many times my thoughts and ideas written here are more for my own benefit than anyone else's, but it's okay if others want to read them too. Lately I haven't been posting things in here like I used to do every day and I feel kinda bad about that. Maybe there have been too many things fighting for my attention recently. Well, one of them is that I've been playing online games (FFXI and WoW) in the evening and usually I find games to be very tiring and when I logoff I don't feel like doing any more compy stuff and just wind up going to bed.

So far today has been a slow day. This morning I went to Sunday mass and for once they didn't find anything for me to do, so I was able to be just an everyday regular parishoner this time. This afternoon I watched a few episodes of .hack//SIGN and now I'm starting to get close to the end of the series. After that I still have the Liminality OVA's and the Udeden series to watch too. Now I'm watching Shrek 2 with the kiddies and I should go and put the laundry away ...

It just shows that your like to write alot, you may be able to write a long story if you put your mind to it

Today was an odd day in most respects I think. After the kiddies got picked up by the bus, pretty much everything was different from the usual grind. At work I spent most of the day answering phone calls for tech support, but it was fine with me because for the first time in six months I'm actually caught up on my design work. It's not often that I get some free time to work on other things like today. The time in between I worked on translating some PLC code from one format to another. It was a little tedious, but different. ;; This evening I did some more downloading and burned some more anime CD's, but haven't played any games yet this evening. Now I'm just doing some chatting and visiting the forum here.

Today was another really odd day, much like yesterday. Again there wasn't any design work for me to do, so I spent much of the day answering phone calls. They also made me take the safety training course today after I've been working there more than thirteen years. XD For a while I was over at Ezboard moaning at them for proposing to do away with Ezsupporter accounts along with everything else when they launch the next Titanic - Yuku. Some old friends already have me culling an old Ezboard forum that they want to save before it's destroyed by Yuku, which is what I've been doing this evening.

Ooooh, it's been ages since I've done one of these. There's a couple of resaons for that. The first one everyone probably knows because the forum was down for a while. The second reason is because I was away from home all of last week for work. It took a stupifyingly long time for them to fix the webserver, and I really don't know why ... maybe they had to completely replace it or something. The business trip was to Dallas/Ft Worth in Texas, a place that I've been to a number of times before. The job there went surprisingly well and everything was completed in a week even though I was expecting it to go on much longer. It's really good to be back home again to be with family and to be able to see everyone here again too.
